Product Introduction
GSPure? T7 Thermostable and High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit can perform in vitro transcription at 50℃, using linear double-stranded DNA containing T7 promoter sequence as template and NTPs as substrate to transcribe downstream DNA sequences of promoters and obtain RNA products.
GSPure? T7 Thermostable and High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit is also capable of obtaining biotin-, dye-, or radiolabeled RNA using modified nucleosides as substrates, and capped RNA using cap structures or cap-like structures as substrates. The hyperthermia reaction helps to reduce the formation of dsRNA byproducts and reduces the immunogenicity of the transcription product RNA.
This kit contains commonly used modified nucleoside N1-Me-pUTP for transcription requirements.
