  • Product Introduction

    T4 RNA Ligase 1 is an ATP-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the formation of phosphodiester bonds between the 5'-P and 3'-OH ends of single-stranded RNA, single-stranded DNA, or single nucleotides, either intermolecular or intramolecular. It can be used for intermolecular ligation of ssRNA; intermolecular ligation of ssRNA and ssDNA; labeling of ssRNA 3’-OH ends with radioisotopes such as 5'-[ 32P]pCp; synthesis of single-stranded Oligo RNA and Oligo DNA; special modification of tRNA; introduction of unnatural amino acids into proteins and so on.
